Deadlines & Registration Information

October 10, 2011 Deadline to submit abstract (if you want to pay reduced registration fee; otherwise, late abstracts are still accepted)

October 13, 2011 Notice of abstract acceptance (while early-submitted abstracts will be notified 3 days after submission).

October 15, 2011 Deadline to register for reduced registration fee of € 150.

November 1, 2011 Deadline to book (garanteed) conference hotel room.

November 14, 2011 Deadline to pay full registration fee of € 200, while still be included into the program.

November 21, 2011 Deadline to submit the first draft of the full manuscript for the proceedings (see instruction for preparing manuscript in another session).

The registration fee includes attendance at all Programme sessions, Conference Documentation and Badge, the Opening Cocktail and the Conference Dinner.

All students will register free, to attend the conference sessions

but without the previlege of Conference Dinner. However they are free

to attend Opening Cocktail. Send a scan/copy of your student Identity

Card with your registration.

Cancellation requests received before 20 October 2011 will receive a full refund of registration fee. No cancellation requests can be accepted later than 20 October 2011.

  Confirmation Notices

All participants will receive confirmation of registration by email. Confirmation notices will include your registration information (e.g. name, address, accompanying persons, etc) and status of payment. The notice will also indicate whether a registration is complete or requires additional information and a login and password. Please read your confirmation notice carefully. If you do not receive a confirmation within three weeks after submitting your registration, email us.

  Payments

A registration is only complete after payment. Any registration without payment will be subject to processing delays. Payment is made through a separate form sent by fax or post, provided in the Registration Form. Do not send payment forms by email.
